Common questions
Is there a minimum hire time?
Yes, half a day. Shorter jobs still carry travel and setup, and pretending otherwise produces quotes that move later.
Do you deliver the machine or do I pick it up?
We deliver on our own transport and quote travel from Penrith upfront. You never touch a trailer.
What happens if the job runs longer than quoted?
You approve extended hours before they happen. No open-ended meter running.
Can I hire the machine without an operator?
No. Insurance and how we guarantee work quality both depend on our operator being in the seat.
